The location is ideal for those needing to be near the US consulate, with both biometric and consulate appointments just a breezy 10-minute rickshaw ride away. The staff, genuinely hospitable and attentive, made my experience enjoyable. They were accommodating, which I greatly appreciated-especially while juggling work and travel. I was particularly impressed by the air conditioning on those warm days, a necessity for a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. While the rooms were clean and well-maintained, they did have a lingering smell that I mitigated with some deodorant. Amenities such as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs added to the comfort, but shying away from any breakfast recommendations is probably best after a less-than-stellar dining experience. At the end of the day, Park Avenue Hotel provides straightforward conveniences-like housekeeping and 24-hour reception-that are essential for anyone looking to make the most of their trip, especially when weighing luxury against budget. It stands as a sensible hub for both adventure and relaxation in the heart of the city.
